Spilt coffee: how do you remove the stain? ☕
- Immediately after spilling coffee, blot up the liquid with a paper towel. Do not rub.
- Once the visible liquid has been removed, gently press the paper towel against the fabric.
- If a stain remains, sprinkle it lightly with water and blot again with a paper towel.
- Repeat until the paper towel stays dry.
How do you remove a ketchup stain from a sofa?
- Gently remove any excess with a teaspoon. Do not rub it into the fabric.
- Sprinkle water onto the stain and blot up the excess with a paper towel, without spreading the stain.
- Clean the area with a clean microfibre cloth and a little plain bar soap.
- Use gentle circular movements.
- Add a few drops of water to rinse away the remaining soap.
- Press a paper towel against the stained area.
- Repeat until the paper towel stays dry.
- Leave to dry.
